Yoga Nidra is an ancient sleep-based meditation technique that has the power to take you to the innermost and deepest levels of relaxation, where your whole body and being are guided to a place of peace, profound stillness and grace. Before starting the recording, get settled into the posture of Savasana; lying on your back with a pillow under your knees and/or head, and a warm blanket over your body.

  • Body scan

  • Sensation of heavy/ light 

  • Guided visualization using the image of a flower  to awaken the Marma (energy) points along the meridians in the body
