We noticed a gap in our local area for holistic, inclusive birth education. This course is meant to offer a wide lens of possibilities around childbirth and encourages you to dig deeper into the ones that feel right for you and your family.
We wanted to create a course that included medically managed birth as one—but not the only—option. As you move through the course, you are provided with resources and handouts that help you understand common and uncommon interventions and complications, and how to assess their benefits and risks.
It’s our goal that you are confident, competent, and calm as you prepare for birth and postpartum.
